Aftermarket immo strikes again? Sounds like you're immo lost power and shut you down. I would be checking all the wiring to the immo and see what you find.

The hall sender wouldn't stop the immobiliser resetting would it? The light by the immo plug wasn't lit as usual with the key out
It wouldn't turn over never mind fire up. So rotation less than 13rpm hall doesn't read ? Or am I talking tosh?

Can't help you with immobilser issues but I can tell you that if the engine is not turning over at more than 13 RPM, the ECU will not trigger the J17 fuel pump relay and the car will never start.
