yes you will have very little improvement, like 290bhp if your lucky.no point installing an rs2 turbo and em if you do not fit the full package.

The point is, I bought o lot of parts (Recaro seats, rear seat, complete exhaust, one wheel, engine block and engine head with no RS2 exhaust cam, one fender, instruments, etc) from a crashed RS2 for a cheap price (less that US$ 2.000). For this reason I thought to change the turbo and exhaust manifold. I just bought these parts because the Recaro seats.
Can I have a little improvement with no remap?

Ah, I see why your asking now. I still wouldn't fit the RS2 Turbo without remapping, you'll gain very little other than lag and will probably make the car run lean. Get some RS2 or better injectors/fuel pump and chips from PRJ and you'll gain a whole lot.

Yes spend an extra few hundred and transform the car with a good remap.

A generic remap would be more than adequate to do the upgrade and wouldn't cost too much from someone like prj. S2central used to do chips for an RS2 turbo on an ABY but as he's NLA at the moment, unless someone else has some or can make some, you're a bit stuck.

The list posted by david above is about right, just missing the IC upgrade to make the most of it.

If you want to run stock RS2 chips then the files are on the forum for free. This could be a good way to do it before getting the IC, DP etc sorted and getting a proper remap.

              Hi,
              Thanks!
Where can I find this software? Do you have the link?

The stock RS2 chip set will still require RS2 injectors, a resistor changed in the ECU and probably the MAP sensor.

If your OEM K24 is already capable of delivering whatever level of boost your chipped Ecu is limiting things to then you won't gain anything by using a bigger turbo to deliver the same boost levels except more lag, which perversely may actually result in the car feeling slower in urban conditions. You won't 'break' anything but you won't gain anything either without the supplementary upgrades listed in above responses.

The WGDC map will be all wrong, so it will at first be even slower to spool (because stock map on K24-7000 tapers off much earlier than K24-7200, as full boost is earlier) and then the PID will overcorrect, it will overshoot the boost target. Then undershoot it.

Basically your car will be a bit... Australian. Kangaroos come to mind.

Stock RS2 file with RS2 turbo and stock ABY injectors = molten engine.

Yes, I know this. My doubt is with a RS2 turbo and exhaust manifold and my current eprom for about 280hp I will have some improvement. I'm not worried about HP but torque.
I RS2 file it's not my idea at the moment because I know that I need to change some parts.

No, you will have no improvement...
And it is still dangerous because who knows what that software has specified for boost up top.

Just because your little turbo can't produce it does not mean the RS2 turbo won't.
