IIRC the gt3076 and gt3071 have the same turbine wheel so a housing from a 3076 will also fit as they are the same part.

I have a 0.82 one but not the v-band one but the standard garrett one which has the 4 bolt configuration

If buying new, atp turbo in the states have every possible housing you can imagine and they ship quite quickly.
