PN for the O-ring, Item 8, in the middle diagram is N 90136802, 60 mm x 3.5 mm in diameter. Works for the 3B, ABY and ADU. It is also the thermostat housing round seal.

The hose you need for the Mark H mod is a 60-70mm reducer. I got my last couple from SFS. My advice is to use high quality hose clamps as regular hose clips aren't up to it when you tighten them down.

Are there photos of the "Mark H" modification?

Here's a pic with credit to another Forum member here, Rikki Kitto. IIRC the thread was called long live the s2 or something like that. I'm not at my pc so I can't search right now.

Thanks. So the 60 mm x 3.5 mm O-Ring is augmented or replaced by a 60 mm x 70 mm rubber coupler and two gear clamps as shown on the left end (right side in the photo) of the intercooler.

Yup. Old skool. That mod is as old as the forum

One thing you can do is to use 2 clamps on the upper part. The reason for this is that the upper hose clamp holds the lower one in place, so you can really tweak it up

I knew it has been around for a long time but I don't think I've seen (i.e. can't remember seeing) a photo of the actual mod.
