    Dave not sure if that was a yes or no?

    As I wrote I run a swirl pot / catch tank setup. So the oem bleeder valve is not in my setup.

    I would like to know if the cam cover vent will let out air if the system is pressurized at the turbo to maf hose?

    Not sure if the valves will close or not?

      My answer had assumed that you had most of the OE PCV system except that you had installed a catch can/swirl pot at Item 6 in the previous diagram (after the pressure regulating valve) and as shown below.

      If you don't have one-way bleeder (non-return) valve, you are probably in variance with the law because your engine is venting oil vapours to the atmosphere. I can not help you further.
