Looking for an UrS6 ECU to borrow.

Engine temp is not gonna show anything until the car is started, and it's supposed to show -49 when it's not.

Yawn, I am pretty sure it's not the ECU.

Hi Guys sorry for the late reply.

The fault code testing guy seemed to strongly suggest it was an ecu based fault as he tested the sensors independently.The car has no spark on turn over either. PRJ are you mobile? Could you come see the car? I initially thought fuel pump but that was tested and is working.

I'd come look at it, but I'm about 2000 miles away from you, and that stretches the concept of mobility a little.
That said, it's almost impossible to fry the 5v rail on the ECU.

Not being nasty but why don't you start a new thread with the symptoms and codes so that you can benefit from the experience on the Forum.
If the car turns over and does not start its possible that its just the hall sensor has failed which is a common fault. Without any relevant information its hard to diagnose further!

Guys i am up pooh creak here. Can anyone recommend someone i can trust with my baby? Without charging me the earth?

One of the lads on the US forum has sent me a spare ecu to test on my car. So once that has been fitted i can eliminate the ecu.
