the krang timing calibrate the top of the first piston.is it true?
Yes. The cam to crank timing is based on No.1 (the cylinder at the front of the engine) being at Top Dead Centre (TDC). Some means of checking TDC are shown in this AAN/ABY post: http://forums.quattroworld.com/s4s6/msgs/136943.phtml
Question: Why is your G40 harness connection so far away from where it is supposed to be? As shown here:
RS2'd 93 UrS4 5 spd sedan
94 UrS4 V8 6 spd manual avant
now it is working very well.problem is the wrong socket
thanks again all off for always helping me.

...there is no reason but Is there anything wrong
Which socket? An electrical connector?
As for the G40 Cam Position Sensor, the factory uses a bracket on the AANs, ABYs and ADUs, near the front of the fuel rail to firmly hold the connector from the cam sensor so it is held firmly, with no banging around, once it is connected to the harness connector. Your's looks like it is hanging loose, with some potential for wires to become fatigued and break.
