My guess it was the yellow fuse holder and your problem is cracked coil wiring at the edge of the "20V turbo" coil pack plate, shorting out a coil or two, causing crap running and eventually the fuse in the yellow holder to blow.
Apologies for my sketchy replies on this but I'm only getting small bits of info on this ...
It was the yellow fuse holder that blew and the replacement Ecu did the exact same thing,so we are looking at a wiring problem now!

Blowing the fuse in the yellow holder is Waaaaay better than blowing the one in the red holder. The yellow one will be the coil wiring, the red one would be an internal ECU issue. Coil wires are waaay easier to fix.

Remove the "20V turbo" coil pack and examine the wiring for breaks in the insulation. There will, no doubt, be some and, probably, near the point where the wires enter the coil pack, where they can short out on the cam cover. The quick fix will be to wrap the cracked wiring with electricians tape. The better fix is replacing the wiring.
