Terraclean, any one had it done

Hi gang I've got my RS2 booked in for a terraclean service on weds, has any one had it done? I changed my fuel filter, air filter and oil last week so I'm prepped to see a result.
Hopefully at the very least the car should idle a bit better and maybe give back a bit more MPG

It just look like a injector cleaning machine !

Plus there gonna have to go at your fuel rail.. Banjo bolt and copper washers, no crimping returns.. So as the rail is being disturbed, why not just get injectors cleaned for 40/50 quid.. ?

Ps my intake valves were spotless when I had manifold off my engine 150k

I'm still gonna give it a go, I've got 135k on my RS so there must be a lot of carbon build up in the engine

Go for it, just had a set of injectors cleaned for a car at home and it made a world of difference !! Poor idle and hesitation all gone and more mpg ..

Well I've just had it done and I've driven home, there are no big wow changes to the car immediately, I would however say that there are some subtle changes :
The car seems to idle a bit smoother.
The car feels like it revs more freely (I do however still have a flat spot/stutter at around 1500-2000 RPM)
The mpg on the way home (on a B road ) was 22.8 which is ok consider I was booting it at times
I'll report back after I've driven for a week

So at the moment I have mixed feelings towards the benefits of terraclean

The car feels like it picks up better, and mpg has improved, I've just completed a track day in the car and on the way home I had a massive increase in power, so I'm not sure if I have a learning ECU that is responding to me thrashing the car or wether I've just cleared out something, I'm confused

Maybe your WGFV was stuck and just started working again?

Do you have a boost gauge in the car?

I don't have a boost gauge, but there is a big change in the noise that the waste gate makes, it sounds like a lot more air is being dumped, I'm gonna give the terraclean a big thumbs up and recommend it to rs2 and S2 cars. My new found power is just immense and I'm loving it, it's like I've gone back in time and bought an RS2 in 1994

To be honest the car still feels good, I'm not sure if it's the terraclean or not.
The true test would be have an emissions test first then terraclean it, then redo the emissions
