Yeah, turbo has a fairly large comp. housing only just and just clears RS2 EM. Pipes are not to much of a problem. Water inlet pipe needed a slight tweak Oil feed was a bit more involved. Basically I spoke to Dialynx and they get a machine shop to make up an 8mm thick plate to go between the oil feed pipe and the turbo, using a gasket each side of course. This is what i did and have had no probs. The actual inlet, where the hose from the MAF goes on is a lot larger. I made a temp bodge hose, but that rubbed thro on the slam panel behind the headlamp. I since bought a special silcone hose kit from dialynx with the correct sized hoses. this fits like a glove and looks better. Pics to follow of turbo and hose etc. Hang on.

What diameter is the inlet to the compressor Tom?

Just that spacer for one of the pipes and a bend tweak made it fit for yours? Is your inlet compressor bigger Mihnea?

Do you use your original Airbox Tom or a Cone?

Tom - Did you make your own Turbo to Intercooler hose? Is your Compressor outlet diameter bigger than standard?

Inlet size is i think from memory 78mm?
Just those two top pipes needed the mods. I had the spacer made up in a factory local to me, you may have heard of Westlands Helicopters
I am using a cone filter for good noises!!

The intercooler hose fits straight one, no mods needed. I think it was a tight fit and i needed to warm the hose up to get it one.

The WGFV is venting to atmosphere and I am running a non-recirculating dump valve. If you are using standard type dump valve then you would have to alter the inlet hose. You would have to talk to dialynx about that one m8. The only hose going into the intake pipe is a breather hose. 3B breather is slightly different to your ABY setup. So i can't help too much on that part.

Cheers Tom - That all helps a lot - it's not as daunting as I thought. Just need to see what size the inlets/oulets/compressor is on Mihnea's Turbo.

Did Dialynx supply that t-piece with the silicon hoses?

Looks to be a bit of a mindfield just fitting the K26/K27 hybrid. I gues one way around the breather/ DV situ with the dialynx pipe work is to put a breather system in like mark H has. Which you will prob want to do anyway and then connect the DV to the hole where there breather would do on the metal pipe from MAF to turbo?

how much bigger is the cold side to IC outlet compared to standard S2 K24? is that pipe different for the RS2 with it having a bigger IC?

Speak to Mihnea - he has a source for a nice aluminum inlet hose with connections for the diverter/breather/WGFV.

Same size I beleive - RS2 hose is silicon instead of rubber though.
