B4 v6 to 2.7 BI turbo conversion?

There is a kit for the fly by wire, the chassis does not need to be cut but you need to lose the battery tray and ABS brackets. Thanks for link and input chaps.
It does look to be a bolt up job on the box, and I think it will break traction before stressing the box. (yes, im building a FWD cabrio with 300hp)
The wiring doesn't scare me, but the chassis legs does. Im also thinking I can run a throttle cable instead of fly by.
The biggest issue by far is making the standard turbos fit past the steering rack / bulkhead, hence why most people seem to make custom manifolds which sort of defeats the object in the first place.
Hope this helps

You got a much easier time suggesting this conversion than I did! I got 3 pages of abuse. Anyway, I did some research as I really liked the idea of fitting an RS4 engine to my RS2 saloon project. I found that the turbos are a major problem as the chassis rails are right where the turbos fit on the S4. I have looked at a few projects and one I remember had cut the chassis rails and the other had put the turbos where the air box and battery are on a standard V6. I'll be using a 20VT in my project as I got one for a price which meant it made sense.92 Audi 80 Quattro => RS2 Saloon!

Thanks chaps!
I was told about a car which runs 1 big turbo, this could be the way but I cant find any info on it. It all seems fairly straight forward aside from the turbos location, but we expected that, the position is not exactly ideal in a B5 either.Comment
