Problem urs4 2.2T

The problem started maybe 20 days ago when temperature get litle down(around 0c)
When the car is cold he have trouble to start,and when it start(cant start if i dont hold the throtle) he acts like 1 cylinder is not work untill i make 1800rpm on throtle,after that car works perfectly,i turn it off and turn it on w/o any problem
When temperatures are lower on night it have more problems to start,and also car started white/blue smoke
Turbo works good,boost is perfect
Oil changed 2 days ago
Did coils upgrade
Any1 know what can be?
Sopose the smoke is maybe from rubber valve?

If spark(plugs,coils) ok and fuel(cold enrichment,pressure,injectors spray)ok seems valve seals leaking oil into inlet and combustion hard to ignite.

Did you fix it? Was there any damage?

Well,its new fresh oil in it,2 days ago changed and it smell on petrol so i will need to change it again
The car now starts perfectly but i wont drive it till i buy new oil
I hope the there is no damage inside the engine
