    vacuum pipe under Throttle body

evening all, just a quick question; the pipe that goes from the pcv system to the underside of the inlet manifold....ages ago I replaced it as it was damaged....but at that time I had no large hose so just used 8mm boost hose instead. its the pipe that is directly under the throttle body that you very rarely see on here.
Could this potentially reduce boost output?

You want all that stuff to be air tight.

If you keep the interior diameter of the intake manifold's elbow(at least ) you'll be fine .

All it does is suck vapour from the breather system when you shut the throttle, 8mm hose is fine.

Is your one way valve ok? If you've got it apart it would be worth checking it.

Ditch all that and connect the N80 directly to the inlet and fit a catch tank
