Urs4 running lean . Lambda, MAF, pressurer regulator?

After welding the alu plates inside the MAF , iv'e got my car running fine under boost. Maybe abit rich now.. but but At 1.5bar i got 10.5-11.5 afr..



I have found out that my MAF is some serious sensitive stuff. I will attach a picture and try to explain.



The picture show's the position that the maf need to stay in, to get the car running clean on idle..
If i try to turn the tube with the maf on top , or turn 180deg.(ect), the rpm is bouncing up and down at idle, and strange afr in slow traffic.
Maybe my intake system from filter ---> turbo is to short, and the bend from MAF to turbo disturbing the air flow. The air could follow the outher/inner side of the pipe in maf, making the maf not read the airflow? I do not know.. But the maf got to stay in this position to run propertly. Not clean on idle, but good on WOT.
Next step is to change WG, because of leaking diaphragm.

On JP's S6 he relocated the MAF to the boost side. Would this not be better?

Yes, iv'e heard about that.

But now i am running Maxxecu, and do not need the maf anymore. So happy to get rid of it!
