Does this look right? - Cam positioning.

I had my head pressure tested for good measure while it was off and on seating it on top of the block I noticed the cam timing marks/circles do not look positioned correctly since its been back.

Now purely being polite I would ask if anyone knows if this looks right, but I know there are people who know what's up here...

    HELP!

    Please and Thank you!!!

You've take a pic from just about every angle except the one I thought you should use.

Those two circles should line up when the motor is at Top Dead Center (TDC)

Take out both cams and put some pressure through spark plug hole to check if valves are not bent.

Did you install the cams after the head was put on?
What are the yellow paint marks on the chain in the 3rd pic?

                Is no1 piston at TDC?

                  +1^^^

You need cylinder 1 at TDC on compression stroke, zero Mark lined up in flywheel window to check the timing.

However, I'm not clear as to whether you've fitted the cam belt yet or tried to run the engine like this?

In the pics we can only see one of the cam wheel marks, where is the other one? If they're both at the top then it's definitely wrong.

Not that it matters, but if the exhaust cam mark is at the top (90 degs from where it should be for TDC), then the intake cam mark should also be 90 degs out, at the bottom (unseen).

If the OP actually has the head on, the is potentially banging (however slowly) intake valves into pistons. Strongly suggest that he remove the intake cam, get the engine to to TDC by the flywheel mark (as shown in the post I linked him to), rotate the exhaust cam to the correct orientation and then reinstall the intake cam.

Cam tightening (and loosening (reverse of tightening)) sequence is shown below:

Looking at OPs pictures I think it is correct time. The camshaft lobes appear to be in the correct correlation to each other. BUT! Still needs to be checked to be absolutely certain.
