    HTH,

This may be a lame question but.....can I change my compression ratio?

If you want boost lower down, you can get it with the RS2 turbo (1.7 Bar at 2600 RPM in 6th gear) but you need a completely free-flowing exhaust. Now I know the exhaust you have doesn't flow as good as it should, as we have already seen the amount of backpressure you had with that restrictor in it, that made the engine boost at 2.5 bar and more....

      HTH,

      Mihnea
Yes your right about the back pressure I had in my exhaust I was realy disapointed of the work michel did on that exhaust
specialy this stupid restriction that was only making huge back pressure(less free flowing than original) and not making it more quiet.
Also keeping the down pipe original and cutting so that I cannot come back to original exhaust if I need to. It suck

I now have remove all restriction and also made a real 3" down pipe the car is much nicer now.

Some day you have to remap it again as think the car the quite different from what the map was set up for, but I will wait to get my front IM and may be new Turbo.

Sure you can change your compression ratio, but it's not a simple task...you must either have new forged pistons milled out, or grind yours down. But, if you don't know what you are doing, grinding them yourself would be the last option. Perhaps Mihnea could suggest a good piston spec for you (and everyone else out there that desires forged pistons!)...

can you give more information about mods, cams, and explain what the two different curves come from? I really like the numbers!
