today i had some bad luck,while i was tuning on the road I suddenly saw a white cloud under my hood coming out.
Water gushed out my water reservoir(overpressure) and fan was running at full speed!
the engine temp and oil temp was 100°c so that was good
my dad has pulled me back home with his car
afterwords I put back some water on the engine and everything seems to be normal
i think my radiator and fan or to small for my engine upgrade so i will wait for tuning until my new 70mm radiator is in place with rs2 500w fan
I hope that my head gasket is not broke
also i going to place a new reservoir with new plug

Headgasket should be fine I think. I take it you have the metal gasket?

Radiator could be partially blocked?

could be,it's still the origional one (48mm) but first I'm going to place my alu rs2 70mm radiator with bigger fan until I go back on the road

We had the same issue on my rs2 when tuning on vems. After that everything was fine again. Are you running water or coolant? I suspect it was a sticking thermostat on my car.

water with antifreeze on the engine
will it make much difference with coolant?maybe 5-10 degrees?
i will put also a new thermostat to be sure but

Time for an update and pictures after a long time
so,i ordered a rs2 70mm radiator by vidar here on the forum ,great stuff !
i placed a new thermostat and coolant reservoir and put some new wires for a rs2 500watt fan with blue resistorplate
for the radiator I have adapt a few things like coolant manifold on the head and the left inner chassis leg

so i have make a few testdrives and programming vems a little bit and i'm happy with the results
i drive today with 37°c outside and my coolant temp stays on max around 95°c and my oil temp stays max around 100 °c
so my final coolant: rs2 70mm alu radiator for watercoolant and 3 oilcoolers
3 oil coolers yes,1 origional oilcooler from AAN in series with a mercedes oil cooler in the front bumper and 1 water/oilcooler on the oilfilter house
i know,it's 2much but i want to play safe and oil pressure stays good,2bar on idle and 5 bar on 2500 rpm
