Would this do instead of Castrol 10w-60 (link)

seems to have the same spec, and as i've just changed to the castrol at a price of around 90 euro for 5 liters this seems very cheap, but perhaps that's just what it is.

My mom allways told me "that if somethings seems to good be true, it probably is"

I have never seen the oil that you linked to for sale in the UK...or ever heard of it before.

yeah i just bought the Castrol 10w-60 Rs at my local parts dealer, and i was also shocked at the price tag, but my new baby should get the best when it comes to engine oil, so i just swallowed my complaints and paid, but if this stuff could do the same trick at 1/3 of the price...

i remeber this old banger of an VW transporten coming to my work. this guy was from denmark and had bought the car there! it had done about 270.000KM and was rusting enz enz he paid 14.500 euro's for it!!!!! i was astonished!!!! but as he told me that in denmark that is not an unusual price for second hand cars.

Well this is because we have something called a registration fee/tax in Denmark and this jacks the price up. I bought my s2 for 5600 euro and have to pay around 12000 euro in registration fee

            CoupeGT:

I pay 350 kr for 4 liters at krogslunde autodele. SOmetimes they have it cheap at Bilka for around 200-250 kr for 4 liter.

Well, never heard of the make but the viscosity's fine and the spec's good (API SL/CF, ACEA A3/B3).

                  Miller Oils for me!

I use Millers CFS 10/60's Competition Full Synthetic......costs approx £37.00 for 5 litres but I am able to "call and collect". They also do CFS 15/60 Competition Full Synthetic.
