I'd ask for pics of the actual manifold and not ones of the wagner website to make sure you're not buying a pig iron copy

The company in this ebay link bought the moulds from Wagner and they are aiming to deliver in september as it says in the add.

I talked to Carsten and he confirmed that they bought the moulds from him. So it is legit.

But ofcourse the quality of the steel and the mould process is uncertain.

The company quoted me the following prices without vat and discounts:

        following prices without german VAT.

        K24 version = 579,83 euro
        T3 version = 613,45 euro

        discounts:

        1-3 pieces = 25%
        4-9 pieces = 30%
        10-15 pieces = 35%
        >16 pieces = 40%

I steered clear as the wait would put the security of PayPal out the window. I'm glad that Carsten has confirmed that they are telling the truth. Could be interested in a k24 one in a group buy.

Why would Carsten do that, sucks for us guys sticking to OEM fitment.. Those pieces don't even look as good as Wagner's products

See the other thread, the cost of reproducing the manifolds in bulk at his established quality from his source was too high to sustain and make a profit.

Question to ask are the manifolds going to be pig iron or GGG-NiSiCr 3552 ( D5S ) with the Nickel content

Agree with Jamo... Is it made with the same materials Wagner uses. The icing on the cake was the fact that Carsten had these made at the same factory that made the original RS2 manifolds.

                      any found this link

                      Cheers mis amigos,

                        Which still cracked anyway.

That's what I mean, I was on about the 'icing on the cake' bit.
