    Mixture Adaption Code 00561

Just had this pop up up on vcds

00561 - Mixture Adaptation: Adaptation Limit (Add) Exceeded
    Possible Symptoms
    Engine Jolting
    Increased Fuel Consumption
    Poor Idling/Jolting
    Reduced Boost Pressure.

    Possible Causes
Mass Air Flow Sensor (G70) faulty
    Fuel Pressure too Low
Leaks in Intake Air System and/or Exhaust System
    Injector(s) faulty (i.e. coked)
    Possible Solutions
    Refuel Vehicle
    Check Fuel System Pressure
Check Mass Air Flow Sensor (G70)
Check Intake Air System and Exhaust System for Leaks
    Check Injection Quantity
    Check Injector(s)

The Maf is new, so what should i be looking to check for the other symtoms, the car is booked into MRC at the end of the month for a health check so would it be wise just to leave it until then ?

Most likely boost leak or MAF connector dirty. Yiou can have a new MAF but the connector that plugs into it can have some corrosion on the contacts.

Have you actually had any jolting under accelleration?

There are a few threads on here with that problem although it seems very difficult to pin down. The exceeded part might prove fruitful to research!
Out of interest have you cahanged your downpipe recently?

I have had some jolting but the main reason for the vcds test was I went AITP last w/end and I would normally use 3/4 of a tank there and back this time I have used a tank and 1/4 driving at 60mph with no spirited driving also the car yesterday just didn't want to pull and was hesitating and running ragged on idle.
