Thanks FabS6. it seems like the main problem is about importing the car crossing the border between Italy and Spain.
Spain didn't accept the Italian Certified or some kind of.What a shame to see your car comes to the end.

Yes but hey at least the ruby red is getting better and better! The other s6's shell will stay for a racing car project with a friend anyway not sure if will stay as 5cyl of v8. The current 5turbo is on sale BTW...need thale money to cover all the taxes of the black one in Italy which is a lot of money (the Mafia governs that country)

So Spain and Italy are not in the EU anymore? If the cars was registered in one EU country then other country should not create any problems when re-registering it.

I also think the Volvo 7400 is a nice way to go if you aren't looking for 400bhp and beyond.
Fwiw - I wouldn't waste time on water : air cooler - there are proven ways to run FMIC on the UrS4/S6 without getting into drastic bumper mods.

I would love to see these proven ways S2central has mentioned in post 3.Has anyone got a link to a thread/threads and or any information about this? For me it's an absolute must to leave the front bumper alone.Any help appreciated.Cheers.

Absolutely 100% untouched might be difficult but almost 100% untouched, as in the DIY link below, which requires minor trimming, is possible:

BTW: I would spray the aluminum with a misting of flat black header paint to knock down the "bling".
