I would avoid that merchant "Mister Auto", I have ordered several parts from them that they actually don't have in stock and they are very slow to refund

I suppose I best strip it out and see what it looks like in there!!! what about water pump? genuine or is there a decent aftermarket supplier? same goes for relay roller.
Just had my timing belt changed, everything went fine, exept crankshaft toothed pulley which was somewhat faulty and did not fit. We changed water pump, thermostat, belts obviously and tensioner pulley.
So question is: What would be the reason that belt is just a couple of mm out of upper pulley, see the attachment for reference. Belt was like that when I started the job, I installed belt centered and now it has moved to position shown in picture and it has stayed like that over 1000km.. I have measured the position of the belt with a "caliper" (or whatever it's in english) and distance from valve cover is exactly 10mm and stays like that..
So, where to start searching reason for this? Any ideas?

So..is this washer installed behind crankshaft toothed belt pulley? I don't remember at all if I had one in my Urs..
