I removed the one way valve under intake manifold and blocked off the the end.
let the blowby vents only in one direction to the intake boot in front of the turbo inlet.
the compression test is 150-155.

That *seems* like a lot of blow-by at idle. 150-155 psig is around 10.4 bar which is the lower end of the acceptable range. Suggest that you do a compression test again, both dry and wet (with some oil squirted into the cylinders to seal the rings better during the test) and see how much it comes up under the wet test conditions. I would suspect that your rings have seen better days.

Dave,
running the 5W-30 100%synthetic is way too thin for AAN under 30C deg weather in Thailand?
I'm having problem hardly to get #60 oil with 100% synthetic here.

In my opinion yes, it is too thin. I would be looking for 10W50 or 20W50, or 15W50 or 20W60. 30 is too thin. I run 20W50 in Vancouver BC in the summer. When I did run a winter oil, it was 10W40.

From what I remember on my Urs4 AAN with 190k on clock , taking the oil cap of with the engine running on 5w 40 didn't had any sort of fumes ,mist or oil spitting out. I had been blocked the valve under intake too.

Thanks for the inputs.I started to remember the same symptom happened on my volvo 850 when the PCV is clogged up and fumes splited out the dipstick.
