    Urs4 non starter,fuel pump not geting 12v

I worked on my car yesterday and today and i made a switch for cuting power on fuel pump(green and yellow wire) car was starting fine and today when i wanted to go on a test drive after 1 min of working something clicked and car shuted down
I suspected that swtich failed and i removed it and puted the wire's like they was,but now no 12v on that wire(and before it was)
I checked fuse(30amp) for fuel pump, also changed the 208 relay but still no power on fuel pump(on relay position i get on 2 pins 12v)
Did the blink code test and i get 4411,4412 etc-the cylinder erors-i sopose thats becose no fuel coming in them? Also i checked if the injectors get 12v,all fine there
Then i put direct 12v on fuel pump to check will the car start, and it start immediately
    Any ideas what happend?

There are 2 fuses related to the fuel pump, can't remember the number of the other one though.

You could take the cover off the FP relay and see if the relay pulls in, for the relay to operate you have to have 12v on Pin 28/15 and the ECU grounds pin 29/S. See if it will start if you close the contact by hand.

Like i sayed in 1st post,i did start the car when i suply the FP 12v directly from batery.
I dont know what else to check?changed reley 208,checked the fuses(all good) and i still dont get 12v on FP,i readed Dave's write up 20 times and still cant figure it out(i cant read the diagrams, dont understand them)
Is there any other reason why i dont get 12v to FP?I checked grounds and all are tight enouf

Actually yes if injectors are getting power then the relay must be working, there must be a break between relay pin 30/87F and fuse 17 or fuse 17 is still bad. Have a look on the back of the relay panel to be sure the plugs are on tight.

Which wire did you put the FP switch in?

I also found this Dave write up
Audi Original "S" Cars - Testing for Switched Power at the C4 J17 FP relay - These photos relate to testing to see if the issue with your C4 not starting is a broken ignition switch that is resulting in no switched power to the J17 fuel pump relay. The J17 fuel pump relay trigger side has switched power coming in on...

And i checked the #28 and i am geting power on it
I used green/yellow wire which go directly to FP(i know that before there was 12v on her,and now nothing

You didn't have to go to Audiworld to find that, it is here:

(I usually start my info posts on my home forum (quattroworld UrS) in "kawf" html format. When the post is up and running for a bit, I convert it to vBulletin format and post it here and on Audiworld UrS within seconds of each other).

Marko, as for your problem, it sounds like something in your switch wiring must have caused the problem. If you can start the car with 12V applied directly to the battery, that must mean that the ECU got a good signal from both the G40 cam position sensor and the G4 crank position sensor which then caused it to take the J17 Fuel pump relay to ground through its pin T55/3. This provided power to all the things required to start the AAN (or ABY or ADU) including the G6 fuel pump. So if you got a start with supplying 12V to the fuel pump directly, the issue is between the fuel pump relay and the fuel pump, including the No. 17 C4 fuel pump fuse and the green/yellow stripe wiring. Is your fuel pump relayed to the battery? Are there issues there?

I just typed on google and thats 1st where i saw it Dave
To get back on the problem, quote
"Pin 3/55 of the ECU as a brown wire with a yellow stripe, i.e. a switched ground. This pulls power from the No. 15 switched power terminal under the drivers side knee bolster" I also checked this, and i get 12v
I did eliminate the G40 and G4 sensors the same moment when the car start up,is it posible that bouth relays failed?Could this be all relay foult? It is geting power on relay position #28,#32,#31(i am not 100% sure for #31)
What is odd to me,i heard a CLICK sound before the car die, could that help anything?

Marko: Further to my response above, if you haven't already, try supplying the 12V to the C4 fuel pump via a wire from the (+) post under the hood to the right hand (rear most) pin in the No. 17 fuel pump fuse holder, as explained in the linke below. Then try starting the engine. IF it starts, you know the wiring problem is between the ignition switch and the No. 17 fuse.

                            Great that you fixed it

I thought it must be a problem behind the fuse or the relay
