Best turbo for 400hp and low rpm torque

400 is no-mans land sub 400 high 300's you can get what you acheive then the next band is really mid 400's pushing up to 500.

Probably a 3071 is what you want but it will be low on torque.

I'd actually suggest the turbo DJones got and aiming for around 450 to satisfy your needs

IMHO I would use Albert's homemade turbo.
450 hp with 3500 RPM full boost.
RS2 billet wheel turbo is too expensive (450-500 euro the rs2 turbo + billet wheel you get to 1000 euro).
Albert wanted 650 euro for his homemade turbo.

This convinced me that i am too worried about turbo.
