check the boots on the end of the coils too. especially if you just had the plugs done. they may have gone more damage.

One missing and hesitation diagnostic
True. I have recommended a spark gap test for OE coils but never for the coilpacks.

Today bought a new coil. I do not know if there's anything better. Maybe a little. I have a little longer to drive a car. It is interesting that with the OEM coils car works great. I have a question, grounding for internal POS I took from the pin number 2 of the first and second four pin connector, together. So, as shown only one additional wire. Is that same?

As the diagram indicates, there are two grounds for the coilpacks. One is from Pin 2/4 of the coilpacks, back to the ECU at Pin 2 of the 4 pin Harness connector. The second coilpack ground goes from Pin 4/4 on the coil packs to somewhere on the head, e.g. the right rear bolt on the cam cover (using a large ring terminal).Today bought a new coil. I tried a new coil, same ****. I found something interesting. The coil is dependent on the voltage. I think I have a bad voltage regulator.
Battery Voltage-dependent closing and charging time
8V => 3,3ms
10V=> 3,0ms
12V => 2,6ms
14V => 2,4ms
16V => 1,5msLast edited by igor136; 8 February 2015, 07:52.1-2-4-5-3Comment
