No de-fib necessary..........it's alive!!!!
I baked off the coilpacks and cleaned out the bores where the spark plugs live and tried it 5 or 6 times before taking the plugs back out.
Having cleaned the plugs up as they were saturated in petrol, it went on the second attempt. I left it running for 5 minutes and will investigate the condition of the oil tomorrow.
My blood pressure is now almost normal again.
