You can change the style the forum displays by selecting your preferred style at the bottom left of the site.
We have made an enhancement so that old threads should now link from search results to the correct thread. This is not yet in place for single post links
John I changed my distributor because it had play, just like yours. But afterwards I was told that under rotation It is forced into one position. I have a distributor of the doner car I bought, If I can find it. I will see if it is the same. How many miles have you done since your rebuild.
I'll have to look up the mileage since the rebuild, the engine seems good though. I'm thinking if I have to have the head off I'll fit the 7A head I have, have it worked and fit an ABY hall sensor and cam wheel
