    Generator regulator 15V.

    Hi,

There should be ~15V regulators available for our generators.
Does someone have a URL or part no for one at hand?

    Cheers.

I am not sure about that , but you can modify the existing regulator to get more voltage.

15V would be bad for our batteries, but if you want you can add more diodes in line to change the reference voltage which would give you more volts out.
Probably 3 inline might give you close to 15V, if thats what you want.

Well I may be misinformed but I recall people talking about upping the voltage.
      Perhaps it's from 13v to 14v ?

It would be good for when relaying the 044 pump, some more juice.
Excuse my ignorance about electricity in cars.

Ah right that makes more sense. With that mod you will get what you are after.

there is the place in Sweden I bought it from when I had problem with my alternator, cost like 20€
But I don“t know if its 15V, rather 14-14,5V but it works great for me.

This looks actually quite good as a solution especially for the cars that have the battery located to the trunk allowing for more of a voltage drop.

Question is how much voltage is it generating on the alternator and how much would that reduce the life of the alternator
