The pressure will drop slightly but should still be liquid at that point. If it's vapour then it's expanding some place and that could be a restriction.

I did add a rubber pipe at the end which is higher ID so I can point it away from the car, so that could explain that?

Would a failed DV mess with LPG?

..or an air leak? I'm also thinking of pulling multivalve and checking for blockages, doubt it, but don't know what else to look at. Then again what could be blocking it? if there was a blockage, would pressure at reducer drop when it goes lean?

Pressure doesn't go below 1 bar under boost. So there are no problem upto the inline sensor?

I will go out tonight and get dad to see what happens with lpg times and petrol times, as they should be about the same shouldn't they?

Yes Motronic times should be the same on Lpg and petrol.

Increase the part in your map with a point near 14ms on petrol and 12 on gas. Add 10% and test

OK it's about the same now. Increased both points by 15% but still goes lean? Ms are about the same for both at the point where it stops.
