My burn damage is starting to heal so now I'm starting to focus on the car again.

Does anyone have the part no for the plastic "T" piece that broke on the return hose from the matrix?

I don't have Kate with me unfortunately.

Also, where's the best place to get a main radiator from?

    Cheers

      Hope your d.I.c.K. has healed.

That climate control T is PN 4A0819497. It is the same as the one used on the LHD C4 UrS4/S6 with the automatic climate control. The RHD "T" is integrated with the heater valve, PN 893819809.

Thanks UrS4boy, that is exactly what I was after.
        Helpful as always!

Yes, my d.I.ck has healed nicely, it is my right thigh that's still needing attention.
Oh well, at least it didn't hit me in the face causing blindness or whatnot.

Oh for reference if someone else has these issues, here's a picture of how far I had to move the RS2 cam wheel with the tommis billet sprocket on the crank.

I'm still looking for tips on best place to get the big radiator.

I cant make i 1/2 tooth out, it is the tommis billet sprocket that does not allow it.
It is either 1 tooth out or no tooth out.

Yes, no issues in that regard.
It was night and day difference when I moved it to this position, to the better!

Long time with no work on the car but now I have an update.

Changed the 2 cam timing gears on the front of the motor to stock ABY ones.
Car started to sound like a diesel and since flywheel, bottom & top cam gear / pulleys were at TDC i started to suspect the cams alignment in head.

                          Found this:

Corrected the alignment, turning intake cam on the left one sprocket to the right, and voila.
Finally I have a pretty smooth idle since the first time I installed the rebuilt engine.

Suddenly the car is not a very heavy weight on my shoulders anymore
