I'd be for tracing the wiring back from the injectors if there's no feed to them, fuses/relays look ok as you stated which really just leaves the wiring?
It's a cheap car and you want to keep it that way!!.......what about running a feed via a switch in the cabin, would also act as a kill switch/immobiliser !
