Hi everyone, i have an Urs4 2.2t from 1994 that has a boost problem and i cant figure it out.
The setup is rs2 ecu with 380hk software (atleast it says 380hk on the chips and 3bar MAP) rs2 injectors and MAF, t3t4 turbo with a modified original manifold, 3inch exhaust all the way, fmic, 1.8t coils, walbro fuel pump.
The problem is that i dont get full boost, before it has always been around 1,5 - 1,6 bar on an external gauge, now i dont even get 0,5 bar all the sudden an the car feels lazy. Ive checked all the pressure hoses and i found a pipe with a hole in it but it didnt get better when i fixed that, checked all the vacuum hoses, the bypass valve, ive tried the test pressure the system and i dont noticed any leakage, the turbo i have dissasembled and found nothing strange, swapped the ecu and maf.
I am running a screampipe from the wastegate, and it never opens so i am out of ideas
Anyone that has a clue what the heck can be wrong?
Best regards
