Just for balance, I used a local Motorsport company to source a modified Walbro 255 fuel pump for my old RS2'd Urs4.

Easy swap utilising all the OEM parts from original assembly, and should easily supply enough fuel for that spec... No issues to date I know of.

I have been using a Walbro 255lph as lift pump to my surge tank for years with e85, still working. But using dual 044 as pressure pumps.

It's pretty tough to verify if these Walbro pumps are genuine or not. I just surfed our shops and I can get an authentic 044 for a decent price. Although I probably need to count in the basket+strainer costs to it too.

I'll probably go for the 044, not rich enough to pay twice.

Good choise. There is also a cheaper alternative for 044. Bosch 040 supports 450hp.

040 and 044 have 26 euro difference at my retailers. 044 would be a no brainer in this case.
