Sluggish when cold

As per title. Seems to need a bit more of a shove of the right pedal to get things moving when cold. Fine when hot and when idling or with anything other than light throttle . Need to check codes again but wasn't anything last time I checked. Thinking TPS or sticky DV but any other ideas?

Yep, had the exact same issue...unplugged and cleaned up the pins and away she went again
