All of my dyno runs with my car in various stages of tweaking with the K24 had peak power between 6500 and 6800 rpm.

I am surprised your friend didn't say anything about swapping MAP sensors if he is knowledgable in car tuning as well as operating a rolling road. It is a brave thing to do!!

So you got 479Nm at 1.4 bar peak manifold pressure on a stock 3B K24 with stock everything else, and not on very high octane fuel? I have to admit if that is true it sounds very strange. It is also the strangest power profile I have seen on any S2 engine, stock or tuned.

ROTFLMAO. I'm not making any further comments, it's so easy to know what chips people are running just by looking at the amount of torque they have.
How much boost are you running at 6000 and 7000 RPM? Programmed boost is 1.35 Bar at 6000 and 1.15 Bar at 7000 RPM, 0.35 over what the turbo can do reliably at 6k and 0.25 at 7k...

Now I don't know if your actual boost is the same as what is programmed in the chip, but IMHO this can't be right. These 2 chips were programmed for 104 RON fuel, K26/27 turbo, larger than RS2 injectors and they weren't meant for street cars... but Digi-tec stole them and decided they would do just fine... but they don't do that fine, especially after hearing from at least 15 people with spun rod bearings and snapped rods...

mi mates got an AMD tuned S2 aby engined and they manged to squeeze 301.7bhp@5244 rpm from the standard setup
so what did they do to his car then?

Jesus, APNess's car also made 264HP stock and 312 after the magic AMD remap... still felt slower than one of "my" chipped S2s with only 275 claimed HP

I have personally never seen a stock S2 putting out 261HP. IMHO it's dyno or operator error, on purpose or unintended but error regardless. A stock S2 can't have that much power stock, full stop.
