Me too have experienced that after a heavy engine mod, the temp is lower when driving, but gets up to 90, quickly after stoppping at the red lights. "why do they alwys turn red when I come?!?"

So you would not recommend taking out the Aux radiator in Spain?

I have taken today my new nissen rad! It seems like it i sall of Copper! Ref. Nr.:30442 and Prod Nr: 163560

It seems very robust! where should their weak point be?

The Nissen is all metal. Nobody has said otherwise. It is the original Behr radiator that has plastic top and bottom sections.

Just pulling my 14 year old Behr out and comparing with the Nissens, it seemed to me that the Behr was more robust. But I am hoping for the best.

Yes but someone said that the nissen breaks easily! Dont know! My Behr has cracks on the screw at the top and holds now for 5 months with Epoxy Resin!
