Pics show that you have two remotes paired to central locking, on slots 1 and 2.
If you press buttons on the remote does numbers change on field "Remote control buttons"?

Steps to reprogram keys to a car they are already linked to:

    1. Press and hold the unlock key on a remote
    2. Insert key in ignition and turn to on (while still holding unlock)
    3. Hold unlock while in the on position for 2 seconds
    4. Turn key to off, remove from ignition and release button.

    Clearing of Memory slots.

    - Switch ignition on using one key.
    - Lock vehicle from outside at driver's door using separate key.
    - Press "unlock" button on the remote transmitter key 5 times in one second intervals.
The emergency flashers and or the anti theft system horn confirms every press of the button.
    - After 6 seconds, press the remote transmitter "unlock" button to confirm the memory positions are now cleared. The central locking system should not unlock.
    - Switch the ignition off.
    - Up to 4 keys can now be coded again.

You need two keys for remote centrol lock pairing. Cut a new key or remove ignition switch from lock, so you could use screwdriver to turn ignition on.

To program new remotes on a car never linked to previously:

    1. Take one key, put it into the ignition and turn the key to the "on" position, so the dashboard lights come on.
    2. Roll down the driver's side window (not required, but a good idea in case there's a problem).
    3. Exit the car and close the door.
    4. With a second key, physically lock the doors by turning the key clockwise (don't use a remote).
    5. Take the first remote to be programmed, press the unlock button (will program to slot 1, pressing unlock 2 times in five seconds, will progrom to slot 2 and so on, light will flash also two times then, and so on). The lights will flash once.
    6. Wait 10 seconds and press the unlock button. The doors should unlock. That first transmitter is now programmed.

As for immo problems, maybe the key fob is broken, or immo ring, or immo module itself.
1.9 is fairly common engine, maybe cheapest solution is to buy new ecu which does not have immo.

So tried the first method you have mentioned with one key. No luck. I am not sure whether the numbers change in vcds when i click buttons. I will check that. I would like to keep the original fob with original alarm. Any other ideas on how to fix it? I have vcds, isn't it possible to pair it with a car via vcds? If yes, what are the steps?

No, it is not possible to pair with vcds on older systems.

Press buttons and check if anything changes in the Remote buttons box.

Your immo has NOTHING to do with the remote keyfob.
The immo has a separate transponder in the key.

The only thing the remote keyfob does is open and close central locking.

When I had central locking problems on my coupe it turned out to be the wiring loom broken under the carpet in the driver's footwell. Might be worth a look.
Also do you have an aftermarket alarm? If so I would remove it and repair the original wiring.

Can it be wires if the central lock is working (with key) if yes, what wires? Because i remember when i was laying out rca cables for sound there was like a million of them

I do not have aftermarket alarm, factory only ( I believe)

There is a small loom which goes from the fuse box to the central locking pump in the back behind the card, the controller in the pump has to receive the signal and close the doors. The loom on my car was quite tight and the insulation of the wires had cracked allowing corrosion.

                                Solved!
So it turns out that since my boot lid solenoid was not working and the lock position was put to lock even though the boot was unlocked somehow it was messing with the central lock. When closing the car with the key it would not activate the alarm. So after fiddling with the boot lock positions suddenly everything started to work.
This was a nightmare. Solenoid changed and everything back to normal.
