Hi, Its not the timing - its the rotor arm. The supplier sent the wrong one and I didnt spot it so I am now trying to find the correct narrow tip Bosch PtNo 1234332414 so if anyone has a source - please advise. Also identified that the rear clip holding the cap on was so stiff it gave the impression it was clicked down but the cap rocking bugged me so checked them with new and old cap with clips secured and no more rocking. I could only check all this by removing the Inlet Manifold all again which I was loathe to do but hopefully one of these will solve the problem
