That's what an oversize lifter costs for me. Maybe he was offering you that one.

Seem like regular INA tappets. And besides, they're discounted to 3.90 eur. Just get 'em and replace your tired ones.

Haven't seen such a thing as "fake" INA lifters. Been buying these for many cars and all have been cheap & working great.

You have a very large overpricing on yours. Thing is, I have 44% off on all car parts in that shop, hence I can get many & many parts really cheap. They cost 5.84 eur a piece if looking at a standard price, so not far from the price you're seeing.

I can even get a +0.5 oversize INA lifters from there, but those do cost a fortune.

Old, tired hydraulic lifters can leak down when the motor is left overnight. Replacing them or disassembly and cleaning will sort any problems with leak down. Based on the cost of replacing them, I'd replace before cleaning 20 of them. BTDT.

In cold idle it maxes the gauge
    About the same as mine.

Change the tappets then. They're not expensive. I bought a full set of INA hydrotappets for ~60 euros.

It has No tentioner sp Oil pressure should not affekt it
If it goes away, then most likely it's the tappet noise. It could be worn tappets, bad block check valve (oil flows from the head to the oil pan when the car is off), oil too thin, bad oil pressure.
