running without snub mount?

could you delete the snub mount if you are rinngin fx red poly mounts from ak motorsport?. im only using then to hold the engine. the trans mounts is from a b5 v6 steptronic. modified to fit my b4.

I would say no. Engine will move to much in my opinion.

Engine moves slot under heavy acceleration.

Why do you want to remove the snup mount?

On bambride mounts all is ok with out snub mount .

The rally quattro first ran a gravel stage with the AAN engine and without the snub mount in 2011... It's still going very strong in 2017 and without issue.....

Ironically, standard new S6 mounts, we scrutinise the car regularly, and it's only doing about a 1000 (all be it hard) miles a year.
