s4 AAN with 100HP and full boost

hi !
I had a problem with stock AAN S4 . the engine run fine without any simptoms or fault codes .
there is no boost leak I check it few times!
everithing is stock accept : FSI coils , heavy duty N75 and 044fuel pump.
it is not even chiped !

engine run fine when you drive.. but when boost came there is no POWER of turbo !!!!
you can hear turbo spools , and it get 0.9 bar and 1.1 overboost amediatly , but without turbo kick and you have a fealing like old atmo 2.0 10v K-Jet with 100hp

i'v check everithing.. there is no fuel cut, there is no any fault codes..
car also have LPG instalation and it run the same on LPG

fuel consuption is enormus.. and total power lost..

please help with some advice !

check MAF. Had same symptoms when mine was dead. Floor it, boosts normally but doesn't go anywhere Just unplug MAF and if there is no difference in idle/while driving you have your culprit

Are you sure that the moisture trap is fully and completely connected.

I had this moisture trap hose pop off once. Boost was limited to 0.5bar reading on the aftermarket gauge.

hm.. interesting.. tnx for all advices !

I remove moisture trap from engine bay near ECU..
car run perfect an idle and everithing is fine.. only when you need boost power there is no clue from it... actualy they came.. I saw 0.9 bar on gauge and 1.9 on bord comp. even 1.1 /2.1 .. but there is nothing happend ! like 100hp engine !

today after long ride in 5. and 6. gear I get fault code !

Symptom: Rich mixture, increased fuel consumption

there is no catalytic converters on car.. leakage on exhaust ... hm maybe my wastegate is not good ? can it be ?
MAF- it is possibe !
there are almost new bosch F5DPOR , FSI coils !

how to check wastegate ?

Looks like MAF then

Try cleaning the pins in the maf connector

Did you checked the DV?? The turbo could be spinning with "the same air", compressed air could be by-passed across the DV and come in again into the inlet compressor wheel. You can hear the turbo spinning a lot but no boost...so no boost no party

I saw this in a customer car

P.D Also check the vacuum pipe, could be stucked or strangulated and always has depression...and de DV it's open

tnx for info but I try it with OEM wich is OK and with Forge one with 2 different spings !
yes it is the same simptoms.. lot of spinning .. sound of big amount of air coming in sistem .. boost is perfect but without party !

hello .. me again with new or old problem..
well the problew was in FORGE blow off .. I put new oem ONE and now engine run fine but only to 0.6bar boost with OEM ECU , and with chipped ECU i can get 0.8 or maybe 0.9bar !
my suspicios was something conected with wastegate !
if I disconect pipe from N75 to wastegate.. engine get fine 1.3 bar with chipped ECU ! run perfect and everithing is fine.. no fault codes or fuel cut.. just like it have to be !
but it is not good ..
what can be a problem ?

N75 is new (metal one MAC ) even with old one witch was OEM and good !

Check for boost leaks.

Check the one way valve in the breather system.

Check timing.

Test compression.

If U unplugged N 75 U have to see 1.4 bar boost. If yes, WG is ok. If no change spring with oem one

I can reach 1.3/1.4 bar with unplugged N75 (OEM spring).. but if they are connected.. there is no way to get more than 0.6/0.7bar...
there is no boost leak I check it few times.. all hoses are brand new silicon (samco ) sistem hold 2.5bar from MAF to throttle !
engine and cams are 100% at timing marks !
what is the chance that IM gasket is broken... I will check it too..

and of course fuel consumption is enormus ! 16-17 liter/100km normal drive !
