If you do a boost leak test just from MAF hose that will test the inlet manifold gasket and all the small vac hoses and the breather system. Then disconnect the breather where it joins the MAF hose (and plug the small hole in the maf hose) to test the one way valve under the IM. It should hold 1 Bar ok for a while.

hello people !
I changed IM gasket and thing was the same.. but there maybe I find other issue !
well my upper chamber at wastegate holds a vacum ...
but lower dont ! I have a massive boost leak at WG lower chamber.. did a boost test and my all sistem canot get more than 0.4bar , and if I test it without lower chamber , sistem hold 1.5 bar without any problem and slowly drop !
please can somebody try on his own WG to blow the air in lower chamber and did you have a leak ?
tnx

hello !
yes it was problem with wastegate.. enormus leak at lower chamber .. I put a new one WG and hope that my problem is solved ! but now engine canot reach more than 0.9 bar .. it must be 1.1 on stock AAN
im 100% sure that there is no boost leak , and some electrical component limit this boost..
what can it be?
tnx !

Hello chaps
I've come up with the same symptoms as the OP here.
1993 UrS4, new FSI coils and plugs. Just rewired the harness and am certain all is in order from ignition point of view.
Only fault on this car is an ABS sensor.
i remember reading years ago that this would result in controlled power cuts?
If i switch off, start and take off immediately, boost comes in pretty decent. After the dash beeps and ABS light illuminates, power is down.1994 UrS4 with RS2 turbo
