Yes, remove those fuses for a couple of minutes, this will clear the codes.

The MOTOR fuses will reset the ECU just fine. Leave disconnected for a minute or two.

WG diaphragm is cheap - cannot remember the part number. Test it first - just don't blindly replace it.

The PCV system is hairy enough too - check for no leaks in any of the pipes and note that the main pressure valve and check valve can fail. It works on the basis of directing crankcase fumes to the inlet manifold under vacuum conditions, or the turbo inlet hose when the inlet manifold is under boost. The hose in question is always under vacuum. Downside is your turbo gets to eat oil fumes while boosting... and if you look inside your intercooler and intake plumbing you'll find an oily mist everywhere.

A common fault is the little link hose that connects the MAF hose to the PCV system. Its an ill fitting little hose and often sits kinked. If it is spilt, then you get unmetered air.

If you like you can do an air pressure test on the whole system, including the PCV/oil breather system, by only using the big 80mm MAF bung, leaving all the other hoses connected.

Doing it this way you hear interesting gurgling noises from the oil being pushed around, you probably will get an air leak from the oil filler cap and you will diffinetly have a very smokey experience when you start the car, but the system should hold enough pressure for long enough to test for leaks.

IIRC mine was tested to about 1.2bar, the pressue held long enoughor I should more correctly say dropped off slowly enough to indicate no leaks and after the car was started the smoke took about 5 minutes to burn off.

Well the WG diaphragm is like 6 euro's so not that bad to just replace

I have replaced the two valves in the PCV system recently.
Oki so i will have to check does hoses that is in regard to the PCV system.

However i guess a catch tank would be better than the original system when driving higher boost. Is there a guide to doing this, i cant seem to figure out which hoses i need to connect to the catch tank and what else i need to do?
