have anyone tested their injector flow???

i bought a set of injectors fro the us, i was told that they was mached... Anyway i tested them in a bosch flow bench,,, and i was happy that i havent mounted them in my engine..

Been wanting to build a wee test rig like that for a while - but like most things automotive it will have to wait....

no they are from venom. i recived a new set today but 4 of them was leaking but the flow was beter.. but any way i cant use them.. have to send them back. and by other injectors.

yes.. but now i am going to byr other ijectors fom my lockal deler.. an i am going to mach them my self.. they orded a chart with 100 injectors. (not venon)

788ccpm at 3bar - WOW thats a lot of fuel - good for 750bhp if youve got fuel pump(s) man enough to handle the flow. Gunk - surely you can't need injectors as big as this ?

Thats correct Paul. I dont need so big injectors any more.. i thught i shuld run my engine on ethanol befor but now i am back to run it on petrol so i am going to be happy with 530-630cc

and when u run it on ethanol you need atleast 30% more fuel tu make it run at lamda 1.

I run on ethanol as we have it on the gas station as a standard fuel in Brazil.

My injectors are +- 42% bigger than the RS2 injectors, and on 2 Fuel pumps in the tank with 2 lines and one filter for each line. Also I have cold start system, that is started by a temp sensor, as ethanol do not burn in temps below 14º C. At least is very diff to start in the morning without the cold start system in winter, I'm sure that your winter is colder than mine in Brazil...
But i got to say that is a big diff in ethanol as you can get the ignition map much more egressive.
