    Fault Code 2224

Paul N - You may need to change the S2 Central aby ecu codes description for '2224' - it doesn't just misfire on wide open throttle, but on anything resembling 1/3rd throttle!

Coughed and spluttered my way onto the motorway at the heady speed of about 50-60mph in 5th. (I was following a 1.2 corsa and struggling to keep up - and she wasn't even trying :S).

So, which pipes are best to start with, anyone? The WGFV was changed last year, and someone please remind me again - what's a J220? Air flow meter?

I did change the clip on the black metal pipe ---> throttle body last week/week before and no problems till today - put old cacked up clip on again now, so I'll see if that caused it (have cleared fault code). Otherwise is it 'remove anything resembling a rubber pipe and check for leaks'?

    Cheers, Paul J

It is? Oh crap. Maybe I should check the pipe from the boost gauge onto the Ecu as well then. Time to go upside down :S

J220 is the ECU, but dinny worry about that. This sounds like an air leak of some sort. Usual suspects apply -

        o WG diaphragm
        o Large turbo hoses
o Vacuum tree to ECU, FPR, A/C, DiffLock etc
        o PCV plumbing
        o Split TBV/DV
        o Intercooler & O-ring
        o ISV plumbing

        Cheers,
