cutting out?

I've been getting some occasional random stalling too - especially on traffic-calmed (stupid expression that) speed-bump negotiating. You know the drill, accelerate, jam on brakes, drop the clutch to go over the bump and you're away. But lately, instead of the car hitting idle, the revs just die.
Is this my ISV too do you think?
How do you take it out? Would this sort of thing be causing the car to log fault codes?

Not sure on the fault codes. To take it off is dead easy.
Just a case of un plugging connector and taking two hose clips off and it will come out then

Dan: it could also be that u have a leaky DV
