K26/27 #10 hotside

Now then, I am looking at altering my turbo again. Im gonna be sticking with KKK as they are the best. All the best people know that

Im want to change my #8 hotside to a #10 hotside. This shouldnt increase lag too much, but will enable me to break the 500bhp barrier as long as i lower the CR a bit more. (Triple layer headgasket).

Only other problem being that the hotside uses the K27 flange, so i need to alter the exhaust manifold. I know a man that makes nice manifolds and have been having a chat with him.

This setup should enable me to break my 2005 "500bhp" target. But im not sure if the injectors will be big enough. They are 500cc IIRC??

Anyone got any thoughts on this little lot?

Yeah, sounds good Tom. I'll see how you get on with this then it might be a good starting platform for me to work from

Seriously tho, sounds like a good plan mate. What power are those rods good for and can the pistons cope?

My tuning buddy has informed me that the injectors should be ok. But if not then doug has a set he doesnt need, that will be upto the job.

Very short on idle but we still get perfect mixture so it is still controllable.

Basically, those injectors would suit me perfect. Any injector can programmed to run at perfect mixture. (I think)

I was driving through Belgium and France last week (after changing cams and remapping the car) and 2 Porsches came up behind me. I was pushing as hard as I could and could accelerate from 70 upto 150+ with out the porsche passing. There was a few times we accelelerated and the porker wasn't passing. On the back it had a 911 GT badge and a disdinctive reg, so I looked up the porker forums and found the reg and asked the guy what he had - this is the good bit, 2 emails from him:
