If you want Castrol RS 10/60 - try ordering it from their website
http://www.castrolclassicoils.co.uk/
Bad points - only comes in 4L and 1L bottles, and for the S2 you need 4.5L
If you want Millers Competition 10/60 try contacting Lee on this forum, although I've not seen him about here for a while. Comes in a 5L bottle so works out more economical than the Castrol.
I've used both in my engine. It certainly helps to keep the oil pressures up with the sort of (ab)use I give my S2 in the way that the 10/40 oil I had before absoloutely did not.Ex S2 owner, now running around in an A4 Avant quattro...

Alternatively try "Millers oils" here
The 10w60 is listed in the motorsport section, they also have a stockist locator in case you don't want to buy online.
Comes in the all important 5 litres ,saves on buying a 4 + 1 litre

You'd be suprised what conditions your oil is subjected to in a performance car like these, especially if its modified.
Im still with castrol RS at the moment, used to use valvoline for ages but their prices shot up to stupid amounts at my local stockist, i'd still be using it otherwise, great stuff.Comment
