    Aerowipers Fitted!

Just fitted my aerowiper kit. How cool are they?! I had to pop into town and tried them out, they make a really nice quiet woosh sound!

Just had a couple of issues with clearance of the drivers side wiper arm which I fixed by drilling out the bracket that holds the wiper mechanism and pulling it up a bit before retightening.

The drivers side wiper now tucks away almost completely, which is nice the near side one sits up the screen a bit though. Is this right? Why didn't I look at Dans car earlier??

I cant believe how long its taken me to do this mod..

Newsh you didn't say you had this up your sleeve?! Nice one though - they do make a big difference in wipe quality, they don't judder and they do look a bit more sleek from inside and out!

Only remembered after you'd gone home, I reckon the nearside one could hide away better if it was shortened a tad, hmm. I've been kind of waiting till the old ones were really finished to fit them

As I say they've been sitting here a few weeks, Got the whole kit from VAG parts, ordered online, I think about 50 or 60 quid? 2 arms 2 blades and new nuts and covers.
